Castrated and hung from a bridge March 18, 2010

It happened in Tijuana Mexico Friday October 9th, it was still dark when two drivers first discovered the hanging body of a man from a bridge and couldn’t believe it was real until a police patrol car started asking them to move on, the policemen got out to investigate and reported the crime scene.
